There are no telephones in each room, so it's difficult if there is a need to contact the front office. The mattress is old, feels hard and uncomfortable. The sheets are yellow and shabby. Please improve.

Pros: best bang for your buck, 2 bed room (4 people) for 600k in Chinese New Year holiday. Lots of electrical port in room. AC was cold. Nice room layout. Nature vibe. Cons: WiFi speed is good (50mbps) but the signal strength is lacking, step too far away from receptionist and you got barely working internet.-the blanket has some stain (not noticeable) and the bed is slightly squeaky.

I reserved a family room (2 queen bed) which means for family-stay, and 2 queen bed are fit to 2 persons for each bed, so their room are fit to 4 persons at all, but when we come to the receptionist they ask for additional charge idr 100.000 because I brought my 2 kids? That doesn’t make sense because i’ve never get this at any hotel before, it was really dissatisfying! Their parking space are also limited and narrow, when we arrived there was a renovation that made they temporarily close their restaurant, the cleanliness are kinda bad, their bed cover are dirty, and so with their swimming pool. Their service is average but I won’t comeback later :)
