Generally OK. Clean room. Proper breakfast. TV remote didn't work. Phone didn't work. And there was one thing, I was asking the attendee that I want to change room, but he made me wait for more than 30 minutes just to answer questions from someone who hadn't even checked in! It was around 7pm on June 27.

Stay for 3 nights here. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was big. I feel at home indeed. Though the hotel looks like it was struggling hard during this pandemic but the cleanliness and the service still great. It 's always been my favorite hotel when I stay around Jimbaran everytime I have to visit my family that live not far from the hotel.

I forgot my finger ring in the room, I remembered within one hour after checking out, I called they replied nothing found in the room, they already cleaned the room. But I did remember I put it next the wash bowl when washing clothes.
