PERATURAN TAMU HOTEL: Tamu tidak diperbolehkan (dilarang) untuk membawa :  Hewan, Buah Durian, Peralatan listrik untuk keperluan memasak , Stimulan, Narkotika, Bubuk peledak, bahan kimia berbahaya dan senjata tanpa izin .  Selain itu tamu yang melakukan Praktek Prostitusi , perdagangan manusia, mengganggu ketertiban umum dapat dilaporkan kepihak berwajib.  Hotel berhak untuk meminta tamu meninggalkan Hotel bilamana melanggar ketentuan tersebut tanpa pengembalian pembayaran atau kompensasi apapun . Disaat Tamu sudah mendapatkan voucher atau konfirmasi pemesanan kamar , maka Tamu dianggap sudah mengetahui dan bersedia menjalankan setiap ketentuan yang diberlakukan oleh Hotel.
