Open door karaoke with a loud sound (Sept 15th '17, 7pm - 5am) right beside the building makes me and my friend can't sleep at all, the hotel management does nothing about it.

Well the staff is friendly and room clean, but too noisy since the bathroom can't be closed you hear cars and motorbikes. There is no room service so you'll have to get out to buy food which can be a problem at night
