I love this place and the room is very clean. And the most important this place has various restaurant just beside the hotel and also very close to pluit village mall. You can just walk about 3-5 mins to reach the mall. Very recommended to stay

The hotel is good for business traveler especially commute in North Jakarta because close to airport and walking distance to shops & resto.

Great services, great location

Stayed for almost two weeks, room type presidential suite (king bed, 22sqm. I've seen their junior suite, it has queen bed, 16sqm). Location is great, close to shopping centers and best local eateries. Has elevator. Staff are highly accommodation, friendly and helpful. Room smells nice. Wifi only down for a few minutes during the long stay. The running hot water was quite unstable, getting cooler after around 15mins of shower. Other appliances (tv, refrigerator) works well. No safe deposit box. General cleanliness are good, though don't expect perfect white unblemished sheets. Most sheets (I go through several sheets during the stay) have a really small stain, but nothing discomforting. The stains are dried and you know it's cleaned since the sheets are not dusty / smelly. Standard amenities, with sandals changed daily. Complimentary tea, coffee, and mineral water in room. Lighting was great for work. Breakfast tasted great, but the system was a major turnoff. Starts only at 8 (non buffet, not including cooking time around 10-15 mins), can't be ordered for early preparation or be taken out if you are in a hurry. Out of maybe 10 breakfast order during my stay, 5 times out of around 10 they did simple order mistakes. Too many errors for reliable service. Only 6 menu variants to choose from.

Location is really good but the bed sheet dirty. The bathroom also.

Everything is nice, frontdesk person so friendly. Room is big, but lack of electrical outlet, trash can (bedroom side), tissue on the bed side, might need to check shower head (possible save water use). Thx.

1.They gave me the room that not cleans yet. 2.The new room AC is not working really well 3.Have to move to new room around 2.00am. 4.Breakfast not that good as it’s look. Anyway it’s just toast bread with chocolate. How hard it can be?

This hotel is quite good for staying for the night when you're to tired to drive back home. They got that homey feeling and friendly staff too!

Very noisy. You can hear people walk and talk outside. The aircon keep on turning off and not cool enough. Pillows are very thin uncomfortable for sleep.
