Mercure Tangerang BSD City

Had a lovely stay at Mercure Tangerang bsd city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and neat. Comfortable bed and perfect temperature from the AirCon. Breakfast was okay. Strategically located across Aeon Mall bsd city (walking distance). Thank you! 😊.

Lovely warm greetings from most of the staff. Comfort and clean room. I had a pleasant stay although the restaurant was quite crowded on the weekend for breakfast, I enjoyed it eventually. Thank you! 😊.

This my 2nd staycation in Mercure BSD. Was nice, the staff and service were great. The room is big, lot 's of activities around the hotel and easy to go mall. Will definitely stay again later.

The only thing we enjoyed was the spacious bathroom. Walls are extremely thin. When there are families with kids, it gets very noisy. Very difficult to have restful nights, disturbing noise from kids crying & screaming next door. Hallways too, we can hear people talk and pass by. Overall not comfortable and not worth the price. Typical Accor/Mercure group.

All great. The room was spacious and the breakfast was quite tasty. Kids-friendly hotel with a nice playground.

I stayed in the superior room and it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The room had a big glass covering the wall and it shows a wonderful view! You could wake up and just stare outside. WiFi connection was also fast, I had several online meetings in room and there was no trouble with the connectivity. The kitchen yard area is great, I had my breakfast there and the foods & beverages are all tasty! Couldn't have asked for more! Besides the kitchen yard, there is also a pool and a small gym, I have used both and they are well maintained. If you are hungry, you can just walk to the shopping mall Aeon that is sitting directly next to the hotel. I did have my lunch there and whenever I am bored I just went there. The hotel has a strategic place. Overall, it was an experience staying here. But on February 2023, there was a building construction besides the hotel and sometimes at night you can hear loud noises from there. And I hope there were more channels on the TV, as most of them were not accessible.
