Business travel

Book with agent with promo price, well becarefull what you ordered with all such nice review, but my personel experience it is shown in the photo, got deluxe room but aircon was broken and they change the room with the picture shown, there is wifi but every 10 min it disconected, slow an I am unable to connect to my company server, for you travelers or business travel always book well known managment hotel, price a bit diffrent but you get whole diffrent experience. I am indonesian but never such I have stay in this kind of situation, I am sorry but no star for you. I have book for 2 nites, could not refund
