Ordered 2 rooms, twin 21 & 28. room is clean and enough for 4 people. friendly staff and easy to find food around guesthouse. will come again next time.

My second time to stay in Namu Guesthouse but this time I chose the twin room which surprisingly spacious. There's no big problems but there are things that you can improve, dear Namu. Those things are: (a) Your Smart TV doesn't work well. It takes around an hour just to load and super laggy. I can't watch anything during my stay. (b) The sliding door handle needs to be covered with rubber or something because my fingers got cut twice and left deep wounds because of the door handle. The door handle is too sharp. Overall it was pleasant but getting your fingers cut twice and bleed so bad wasn't pleasant at all.

This guesthouse has industrial minimalis design with greenery touch. The guesthouse is not big like other hotels but it’s very peaceful. It’s only has 16 rooms, 8 units of 21sqm-bedroom and 6 units of 28sqm-bedrooms. We stayed at 28sqm-bedroom that contains of 2 beds. Each bed could be occupied by 2 peoples because the size is quite large (140cm), so maximum capacity in our room is 4 peoples. Room was very clean, spacious, and smell good since they put aromatherapy there. They also put bluetooth speaker in every room. With normal rate IDR 350k it’s highly recommended. There is no phone in room but we can easily contact staff through Whatsapp chat if need any help. They don’t provide breakfast and electric kettle, but they provide free tea, coffee, and bread in lobby which we can take all the time during our stay. Staffs were friendly, parking is easy, location is super-strategic. It’s located in the middle of residential but close to city center. The only problem we face when arrived at this guesthouse is disconnected WIFI due to error internet network. But after a few hours they solved this.
