Superb! Friendly staff, AC works really well, super clean room and bathroom, nice room and ambiance, they provide you with extra pillow, bathrobe and it is still that kind of hotel that gives you separate towel for body, face, and hand. The foods selection for breakfast is simple but the taste is really good. Really worth the price!

For 3 star Hotel, Narita surely satisfying. The room is clean, complete with amenities, and neat. I got room in ground floor so I don't have bring my case upstairs. We love to come back!

Room 200's AC need improvement, heat water need a lot of improvement. Exclude those all is fine.

The Hotel room is nice and comfortable, the staff is very kind, and the price is affordable and reasonable, it remains that the noise is terrible caused by a water pump for the fish pool, impossible to sleep or to have some silence in the night for resting. Despite our insistence asking to stop the water pump, they refused and we have been forced to leave the hotel after 2 nights. We consider that a hotel is a place of peace where you can take some rest and not listen to a Water Pump 24/7.

Hot water and WiFi didn't work, even after talking to staff. Besides that it was good price for the room and its facilities, but normal price I wouldn't pay, too expensive. But room was clean, fridge and coffee was given gratis (but no creamer)
