We got standard room, because only 1 week left before going there. Great swimming pool. Hot water with bubble Jacuzzi was fun. The receptionists were helpful. There is hot water for shower. Stunning view to the lake. Food was not so great, but we're quite picky and had no choice. Still, would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for family vacation.

A bit disappointed because all the facilities have to be paid, such as going around the area, borrowing cutlery for the room and the availability of sandals and bathing equipment that are lacking or only 1 piece. It should be sufficient for a price like this to get full facilities.

Booked for 3 days 2 nights but only stayed 2 days 1 night because of a sudden task.
Check In service is long.. I waited almost 1.5 hours, at 15.40 I was only able to enter the room. The receptionist treated me as if I had never stayed at a hotel like Niagara ๐.
plus the view is amazing.
check out service is very fast.

the difference in facilities from standard to deluxe rooms in my opinion is only the view which is closer to the lake, because the new building the standard rooms tend to be better in my opinion.
the breakfast menu is not much in my opinion.
hopefully it can be improved.

rate almost 2 million does not include breakfast
no shampoo. only one toothbrush. only one slipper. there is a pool table but paid.
bland food.
only advantages swimming pool and view
