the staff was very nice. hotel room was very nice. very clean and tidy. I order 3 rooms, all is twin. the other 2 is fine but 1 room is double, I am very okay with this. but that 1 room the air conditioner is broken. when I ask the receptionist they told me to wait. and then after 1 hour the repair man came. and he start fixing the air conditioner. I am very tired, whole my family was tired after long journey, my wife already sleeping although the room is hot. and I have a daughter who run everywhere. after I have waited so long the repairman is give up. he said it cannot be fixed. then why I should waiting for maybe 5/6 hours for nothing? I cannot rest, I cannot sleep, I have to keep awake yet I am very tired just to watch the repairman is doing his job. why the hotel is not give another room from the beginning? why I have to wait? this is so unprofessional. yes I still get the exchange room in another place, about 4km from the hotel. but they waste my time.

The room is big, clean and comfortable enough. The staffs are very helpful and kind. Unfortunately this place is quite far from highway but it doesn't really matter to me because it's not really that far๐ so far this place is highly recommended especially for those of you who like a quite place to stay๐๐๐ป

Comfortable, clean, the room is also really big for the price of 200 thousand. The staff are all friendly too. For those looking for accommodation, I suggest just a nice guest house.

The location is good but the 2 rooms I stayed in had problems, one TV had no broadcasts and sound and one room's air conditioner leaked, water kept dripping. The two warm water rooms don't work.

This was the first time I tried to stay here, incidentally there was an event next to a nice guest house. From the outside the place is quite nice, the parking lot is also wide. The room is also quite spacious, the deluxe type is just not clean because the bed has termites from above the ceiling, the bathroom is also dirty and a bit smelly, then there are cockroaches and rats in the bathroom. It's cleaned more often, even if there aren't any guests. As for the staff, they are friendly and attentive.
