We love this hotel! Dinner all you can eat was very delicious, clean and safe. Breakfast was tasty. My family like some of the breakfast items very much and we asked for some servings to go and they happily prepared them for us. Very kind and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. There is a batik shop at the lobby that sells good clothing. We will stay there again when time permits. Thank you.

I stayed for 14 days for work during pandemic period. Novotel have policy make up room by request which is I absolute agreed. Staff very helpful especially when I decided skip breakfast because I was too busy to go down for breakfast and they called me if they can bring me something for breakfast. It's very thoughtful. FYI: Nasi goreng and mie ayam Novotel so delicious but not their Nasi Liwet :))

Access to various tourist destinations is quite easy, very close to the city center.
Please ask security to assist cars entering and exiting the hotel, as traffic around the hotel is quite chaotic.

Stayed again at this hotel for 3 days, it was very pleasant.. the access and location of the hotel are very strategic, the hotel is clean and the facilities are pleasant.. my small note is that the taste of breakfast can still be improved, as well as pastries that could be better than now.. well.. it was a pleasant stay at Novotel Solo, we will be back. thank you

an experience that left disappointment, noisy room with renovation sound and no information at the beginning when checking in, confirmed to the receptionist when I entered the room there was no solution and it was said only until 16.00 in fact more, then I asked if it would still be like this tomorrow they said no, in fact at 9 o'clock it started to get noisy so I couldn't rest.. very disappointed..
security was also not alert, didn't help me across when I had difficulty crossing the road.

Overall it's good and comfortable to stay in this hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite because the family room I booked was too noisy due to renovations, but the hotel offered an upgrade to a suite that was far from noisy. Thank you for your service, Novotel ๐๐
