Checked in at 14.30 with the condition of the room given being very messy (not yet cleaned up). They should have been given a ready room, not a room that had not been cleaned but only blame housekeeping. The house keeping team was very good and always apologized from the 3 people who came, all apologized very sincerely, but the service at the front was not good, there was no apology at all.

The place is comfortable and quiet. It is also suitable for families because the rooms are spacious (villa model). Breakfast is not recommended, the menu is small, not many choices. It is better to order at the restaurant.

The access is lacking because there is a lot of garbage in the end of the alley but it does not affect the beauty of the hotel. A hotel with a Balinese concept in Timika. Amazing 👍.

Saya suka tempatnya, asri, nyaman, pemandangannya bagus ala ala Bali, tapi sekarang beda dengan dulu, toiletnya terutama perlu diperbaiki. AC-nya ada yang tidak dingin.

1. I always ask for an ID card even though I've often stayed overnight. 2. AC is not cold. 3. The towel oh my gosh it has changed color to YELLOW. 4. No Shampoo.

Agak kecewa karena hari kedua extend kamar gak ditambah air minum. Katanya kalau pemesanan via aplikasi gak dapet air minum. Padahal sejak hari pertama (pemesanan via aplikasi juga) sudah tersedia air minum. Kandungan kaporit di air kolam renang sangat tinggi. Perih kalau masuk mata dan hidung.

Regarding drinking water that is not available in the room, it is true, sir, because if you order via the application, there are 2 types of rooms, namely room only and room villa. If you order room only, drinking water or mini bar and snacks are not available in the room. Thank You.

Good experience to be able to stay here. Request a room in front of the pool, so the kids are happy. Enjoy. 2 adults, bring 2 children. But not charged. So thank you so much. Employees to security, all friendly. Enjoyable staycation. Next time we come back again. 😘🌼
