After a long drama. Ordered 3 rooms, there were only 2 rooms, they said they were fully booked even though until morning there were only 2 cars. Even told to add money for extra beds, it was strange that the staff was not very helpful. But finally the owner came and gave a refund for 1 room. A lesson once please OYO and the hotel must always be in sync so that guests are not disappointed!

The water is so small, it barely flows. Complained instead of being polite, there was no response. The service is really bad, unfriendly, impolite and very rude.

The staff is not friendly, I don't get toiletries, I don't get drinking water. Paid drinking water. Including if you take water from the dispenser as well. The four of us came, but at that time, only 1 room was opened which would actually open 1 additional room. Just entered the room, the officer arrived who said that if you add more people (more than one) you will get 100 thousand. So, book 1 more room via a paid application on the spot. Even the officers refused. The tap water is very small, without hot water. Really unpleasant experience. Really do not recommend this place to stay 🙏.

the place is nice, there is a balcony, even though it is a bit dirty, near the beach, the owner is friendly. only yesterday in room no.14 the bathroom door could not be closed so had to move rooms

Over all, not recommend! The services, the room! Basically they need to know what’s the basic things they should provides in a hotel service. So ridiculously they don’t provide toiletries and welcome drink.

We booked 2 rooms (no. 6 and 16) for 2 nights (21-23 Feb. 2020). AC is not cold enough, room cleanliness is also lacking, especially the bathroom. In room 16, the bathroom door handle is broken so it can't be opened from the inside.

The atmosphere of a stay like in hell, the facilities are very bad. Better to go home if forced to stay here, the AC is not cold, the AC sensor is not functioning, the AC fan is broken, the pillows are very ugly, the curtains are perforated.

Before staying here I had read other comments that on average commented badly on this hotel. So I don't expect more. But after I felt myself staying here, I felt something different. The hotel is nice and very comfortable, the waitresses are friendly and very helpful, also very close to teleng ria beach. Staying 1 night here I am quite satisfied.
