the rooms was different with the photo. the balcony looks never be cleaned. the bed sheet not proper to use because many Marks. the staff also charge tax 20.000 (twenty thousand) rupiah besides the bill from travel agent

At first, the room I get is okay. Then, the staff came to me and ask me to move to another room because they need to “repair” the aircon. It is very unprofesional, they move me to dirty room, I find a used tampon, empty booze bootle, and so many dirty things ( I have proof ). I ask for another room, and when I get out that dirty room, they bring another customer to that room without cleaning it first. It was a bad experience !

No amenities, no drinks, no wifi although they said there is one??? The lift is scary and we didn’t get the access card so we have to actually wait for other people to open the access to the lobby to use it. They only give us the key to the room. The bathroom is dirty, no towels. The bed, blanket, pillows smells. They basically lied to customers about the room because it was totally different from their photos. No sofa as well, so customers should sit on the floor? Well there is an amenities like tooth brush and tooth paste, a used ones. Thank you.

the room is dirty... is not like what you think in the photo... you pay for the higher price but you get sh**. just feel like you sleep by the Horse Cribs. don't go to this Hotel... you will be sorry.

The room was spacey but all dusty. It was really uncomfortable to sleep and breath. The AC also need to be cleaned. I won't really complain if the quality match the price, but this.... doesn't even match. I had to pay RP 200K/night with uncomfortable sleep and air. Double thumbs down. I won't go back there again.

Very improper, it isn't recommend stay here. only one towel is given, no drinking water. wc not clean. and when checking out the receptionist was still sleeping so I had to take my own ID card because I was already chased by time for my flight

Very upset, not recommended. The price is cheap, but the apartment is so scary. The room is very dirty, dust everywhere! even the bedsheet is dusty. I'm sneezing all the time, even need to wear mask while sleep. The toilet is dirty too. They only provide soap (no towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo). There're refrigerator (but it's off), water dispenser with no water. and when I was check out in the next morning, the receptionist was asleep.

they rooms were completely dirty, they offered us to change rooms which all of them weren't cleaned, blood on they bed, dirty towels, dirty floor, dirty bed blankets, wifi also didn't work, there were 4 remote controllers which only 1 of those had battery. after all we couldn't event apply for refund, event though reception guaranteed me I will get my money back for refusing to stay in the hotel
