Have subscribed to stay in the phoenix hotel every time you go to Bitung, Manado. Close to supermarkets. Karaoke. Cinema. Clean rooms. cold AC. Hot water for bathing is also available. Only breakfast is no longer available. Maybe the covid factor will be eliminated. Car rental for airport transfers is also affordable 🤭 thanks phoenix hotel.

I checked the date 27/1/2020 phonix hotel has become a subscription to stop by if I went to Bitung it turned out to be much better than 4 years ago. I occupy room 107 on the 1st floor. Every time I stay in a hotel the first thing I see is the bathroom. Diphoninya good clean bathroom, hot water works. The AC is functioning well, the room air is cool and cool, the service is friendly, the location is near Citiemart. Restaurants close by on foot or if. Lazy to take an angkot? There are only 2 less ones there is no elevator. the second for breakfast. plain fried rice only. There are no crackers and matasapi eggs. the other it'ok, recommended, please stay at the phonix hotel.

Hotel is located beside Fuel Depot, so room was smelly by fuel gas. Also, no sun light into rooms, because all windows were painted black and permanently locked. No air circulation, except by the indoor air conditioning.

I came, clear admin continues to the 3rd floor according to the direction of the employee who took, after that left. It turned out that the room was not ready (no chair and towel / footwear).

Employee readiness to prepare a room does not exist. when i entered the room, there was no table chair, towels / footwear, the floor was not clean. After 2 days' stay, I request a new cleaning service to be provided that does not yet exist.

Clean comfortable hotel close to J-co and Es Teler 77 on Citiemart, looking for easy Halal food, friendly staff. only minuses lifi. Not bad getting the 3rd floor rather tired up and down.

The room is very big huh The bathroom is also rather spacious. Only there is no elevator. So if a lot of luggage choose the price of an expensive room because it's on the lower floor. If the price is cheaper then your room is on the top floor. It's okay for sports. Most like the hotel syaf, friendly and very helpful.
