Dear Mr Olaf, Thank you for leaving your comments here. We are very sorry that we could not give you something that was not in the 'house' such as Wifi. You may assist us to get Wifi by shouting (writing) more often in the Indonesian newspaper or social media so hopefully the government would realize that the demand of Wifi in the remote area is very high. Besides Facilities (what we do/do not have) you could also read our Rules and Regulations in Traveloka. Asking permission for a very late check in at 24.00 but then arrived at almost 02.00? We would rather cancelled your booking instead of asking our staff to work overtime for 5 hours. Upon arrival you realized that you could not push 8 adults into 2 Queen rooms, then again you asked our staff to prepare 2 bigger rooms (Family) that could accomodate up to 8 adults. Shall I remind you that we did not charge any rupiahs at all for that overtime services. Previously breakfast was paid, but nowadays we give it for free. It consists of assorted fresh local fruits, nasi (different style of cooking and side dish every day) and hot tea. Your Indonesian family and relatives seemed to enjoy our breakfast. You knew that our coffee shop open at 7.00 every morning for our in-house guests. Of course you would be charged for any additional drinks or foods from our coffee shop. Just to remind you that cups of coffee you drank every morning was a premium ones. Overall I think you and your family enjoyed your stay with us. You extended your stay for 1 more nite, didn't you? When your wife Ibu boru Hutagalung checking out, she thanked us for our hospitality: services, cleanliness of the rooms and the beauty of our nature. She also highlighted (more than once) that you loved our coffee. So, cheers! Enjoy your coffee wherever you are. Let's celebrate our life with always sharing positive energy.
