Somehow it feels different when entering the hotel premise. 1. The lobby was so nice, health protocol was kept and upheld by the hotel since we first came into. 2. Process check in is simple, no hassle but we have to deposit Rp 50thousand for every each key. The deposit will be refunded when we checked out. 3. The parking available in front of the lobby but with max 4 cars on it, but you can park your car at basement parking zone. 4. In the lobby you can buy many snacks, ice cream, sweeties, and other foods and drinks and guess what its open for 24 hours guys. So don't worry if you get hungry in the middle of nite. Just go to the lobby and your tummy are going to happy ๐. But if you are going to get heavier food just a walk nearby to the next door then you will find a McD store that open for 24 hours too. Fantastic. 5. The morning bites cafe are nice too for having breakfast with quite satisfied meal. 6. The unit was so quite small but I think it ' s worth enough with the cash we put it on.

Comfy room, great location easy to get the online transportation to the concert venue ice bsd approx 10 minutes distance, 24 hours McD next door and Thank you for the great assistance by Mirza/Front Desk:) during check in process.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were very kind and accomodating, especially Mirzaa. There was a mcdonalds and a mart near by, which was convenient. The bathroom is a bit small but works well. I would recommend it.

The room is quite dirty, we found lipstick marks on the drinking glass, stains on the pillow and bed sheets. The lock on the door was not functioning, while the blind was falling apart. I found that the security personnels are way friendlier than the receptionists. The only redeeming quality from this property is the location, which is pretty close to Teraskota. I won't be staying here again.

I booked two rooms for 4 people. The others roomโ AC was old and keep dying/not cold at all (room 712) and my friendโ dust allergy flared up. The bedding and towel are probably dusty/not clean ๐ My room was in 714 and the bathroom door couldn't close properly, and the toilet flush button did not work. But the maintenance staff quick to fix it so it ' s all good. My suggestion would be changing the AC to new one and clean the bedding.

All receptionists are annoying asking for an ID card for another name who booked on the app they insisted, despite I share my real ID. They are laughing at me. No brushes are provided. They are not satisfying at all. Not recommended. Check while raining. Security refuses to give me an umbrella. After I told him will provide him with 20k they suddenly have the umbrella.
