Excellent service. The hotel is very clean and tidy. They have pitstop where you can buy snacks, food and toiletries with reasonable price. The ambience also very romantic in the evening. Definitely would coming back again next time

Pop Hotel Solo was my good choice. It close to train station (walking distance), and in the main road of Solo (Slamet Riyadi) in which plenty of choice for food and easy transport.

from my trip this time, on the last day I had a whole day event, from 8 am to 5 pm. I was confused too, because I couldn't extend another night, but for late check out until Maghrib was also useless. because it would definitely be charged a rather high rate for only a short use. the train that would take me home to Jakarta was only at 10.30 pm. so I felt the need to take a shower in the afternoon after the whole day event, before continuing to the station to wait for the train schedule. it was really a shame, the POP! hotel didn't have a "driver's bathroom" facility, which I needed.

The room is spacious enough for a low budget hotel, the bed is comfortable, the room facilities are good, only the sound outside the room is clearly audible from inside the room and the hot drinking water is not hot enough. Overall okay 👍

Plus points: Strategic location. Minuses: Mattress and pillows are musty and itchy. Possible mites. Towels are also musty. Maybe they can be replaced. Rooms tend not to be soundproof.
