My friend and I had the most wonderful stay here! We stayed for staycation to let go of our stress and the result is really satisfying. We used all the facilities it has, like swimming pool and the gym. Also the breakfast taste amazing! Thank you, Prime Park! You are definitely on our list for our next staycation!

The hotel was mainly empty, so there was no buffet most of the days I stayed there. The room service food was OK, the selection was very limited. When there was a buffet, I wanted to take some snack back to the room. They stopped me and took the food back haha! I've never had that happen to me in any of the hotels that serves breakfast. Embarrassing and a terrible policy, I will probably never stay here again. I do not recommend, even though the nightly prices are good.

Room not so clean, found a stain on a pillow case, and kind of old building, however the facilities and the service was good. Worth the price.

The staffs were friendly, nice and helpful. The breakfast was also good. But management needs to pay big attention to the hotel's facilities. One of our room smells a heavy cigarette when we've been told that it was a non-smoking room until we got a room replacement. There was a situation when we can't open the door from the inside because the door lock was very hard to twist causing the hotel 's mechanic had to come down and fix it. It creates panic afraid that we will get locked from the inside! On the next day, the automatic locking door handle in our other room was not functioning since we can't tap our card just to get it and this is very stressful, the mechanic had to be called once again to fix the automatic door lock. You are in the hospitality business and making sure everything smooth, keeping them from worst experiences for your guests are very crucial! Hope the management listens!

It was a great experience staying at Prime Park, the hotel staffs were nice and helpful, and it ' s nearby to gor c-Tra Arena (recommended to everyone who go to Bandung to watch IBL).

I stayed for 2nights. Overall was OK. Good things: bed comfy, room is clean, TV channel ok. Need improvements: food supply on breakfast especially during peak hours. Bathroom is quite small
