check in time was smooth.
the room was also prepared, unfortunately there were ants roaming around the tea and coffee on the table. the bed was comfortable and soft. we only got 1 slipper even though there were three of us. the bathroom, the water channel was a bit clogged, the towels were worn and torn, the toilet was okay. the restaurant is open from 3 pm to 10 pm, but it is not open every Tuesday, the taste of the food is okay in my opinion. there are no toothpicks. the pool is clean, but the chairs in the pool are not clean, there are leftover food stuck and have hardened.
it is actually a bit unsatisfying, but it is comfortable to sleep

I was not allowed to extend my room without any reason. The manager and the staff were very arrogant. I was fed up of staying here even though I stayed for 3 days. Oh, I wanted to extend it but I couldn't and I was even blacklisted to check out. A hotel that doesn't want to accept complaints from customers!

Of the many hotels I searched for, this hotel was the only one that fit my budget. At first I got lost because the map was not right and the road in front of the hotel was narrow and crowded so it was better to go there by motorbike. The receptionist was also not standing by in the lobby when I wanted to check in. Hopefully this can be fixed. The others are all good.

The location is really strategic in the middle of the city, but the hotel's position is on a small road by the river which is very congested, access in and out requires patience and caution because the road is small and congested with vehicles. This is an old hotel, but has secure parking. The app says there are lift facilities available, but the lift has long been broken, according to the staff, so guests have to carry their own suitcases up the stairs. The room is spacious, but the sheets and pillowcases smell bad, or the pillows smell musty. The bathroom was not very clean, the towels were torn, but fortunately the room was tidied up every day by the staff. The male receptionist on the third day of our stay was very informative and friendly plus smiling too 😃 (forgot his name). No breakfast available.

At first I was a little hesitant because I saw some negative reviews. Fortunately, so far I am comfortable with the facilities offered compared to the price. Indeed, the bed sheets and pillows have some stains but it is still understandable. The room size is quite spacious and the internet can be used to work quite comfortably. Overall worth it.
