Old hotel but with excellent service. Followed the Health Protocol. Fast check in and checked out. Cooperative employees from front office, HK, and FB. All special request I've ordered full fill great fully. Connecting rooms (the view was spectacular) and Graduation treat. Thank You Aston Solo. It was my second visit and will be visit again.

Such an amazing experience for stay in grandika hotel pemuda, their staff so warm and welcome but I didn't get big bed that I request on my order, swimming pool so gorgeous when sunset coming, they serve delicious food for breakfast, hopefully I can return again with my family.

It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her ‘pondok’ … and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

Centrally located in Jalan Pemuda, close by to Simpang Lima and malls. Design of the the hotel is kinda cool, room is clean and neat. Outdoor pool in the rooftop is the highlight of the hotel. Sunset view is awesome. What I don’t like (and its pretty crucial) is the wall is so air thin, that you can hear people’s sound beside the room. This is rather not very convenient especially if you get some noisy neighbor.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. From the lobby to the room was smell so good. The room is excellent with good modern interior design, huge space, and clean. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque view from our Grand Deluxe Room is perfect. The staff are helpful. Thanks to mba Heni - reservation staff, who is very nice and helpful to arrange our connecting room request. Hotel yg secara lokasi menurut kami pas, di tengah kota, enak kemana-mana, dan area sekitar hotel cukup tenang. Sepertinya hotel yg terkenal banyak peminat, jadi lebih baik jangan reserve dadakan biar bisa pilih kamar sesuai keinginan. Tidak tersedia extra bed waktu kami menginap disana. Fasilitas kamar sesuai deskripsi. Interior kamar sepertinya bisa dirapihkan sedikit, ada lubang bekas kabel di area bawah TV yang ditutup seadanya aja. Kebersihan dalam kamar oke. Kalau ingin jemur sesuatu di area balkon kamar, perhatikan tetesan air dari AC kamar, karena lantai balkon kamar kami lumayan basah kena tetesan air AC. Staff cleaning service hotel cukup satset menanggapi request tamu. Menu sarapan tidak terlalu banyak varian, tapi rasanya enak. Tiap malam suka ada live music di area lantai 1, suaranya bisa jadi bocor ke kamar hotel. Untuk kamar kami sendiri cukup teredam suaranya jadi tidak terlalu merasa terganggu. Kami menginap beberapa malam btw. Ada fasilitas kulkas mini di kamar tapi kami hanya diberikan 1 kartu kamar. Setiap kami pergi dan perlu cabut kartu, tentunya listrik kamar akan mati. Repot ya, jadi ngga bisa nyimpan makanan/minuman dengan maksimal di kulkas. Kami sempat lapor ke resepsionis, tapi tidak ditawarkan kartu kamar tambahan, akhirnya kami memilih untuk kosongkan isi kulkas saja. Overall masih menikmati stay di hotel ini. We might come back. Terima kasih.
