I had a good time staying in this hotel, I stayed for 7 days. The room is clean, not that big but I like it and it is enough for me who had a solo trip and more to staycation. Their services also good, the best! Friendly, helpful. Every day they'll change the towel added the water to drink (which so helpful for me because I drink water quite often), and clean the room as well. I'd love to stay here again next time when I visit Surabaya. Too bad I haven't tried their food, they have a restaurant too by the way.

I booked a junior room for a night. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, close to some attractive places like Batu Night Spectacular. The room isn't that big, but it has 2 queen beds which are good for a family consists of 3-4 people. The room is comfortable, but the light is rather dark. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool for kids. It also has a restaurant with various kinds of food. The staff are also nice. I may stay here again next time when I go to Batu.

the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... The car park is located in a building behind the hotel, quite far but you can ask for a free valet. Attentive staff like Andika, imam the security guy, well so many I can't write it down here. You guys are awesome! This hotel is highly recommended for sure!

favehotel Rungkut Surabaya
My priority is cleanliness, and favehotel Rungkut provides it. For a budget hotel, it has always been my top preference whenever staying in Surabaya. The fact that it's close to Transmart Rungkut adds to more convenience to those staying at the hotel. Room is not soundproof but comfortable enough. For the food, some dishes are good enough while some others need more improvement, but overall it's decent 😊🤍

Ascent Hotel & Cafe Malang (Formely Maxone Ascent Hotel Malang)
The hotel is located near the city center and has a minimarket beside it. However, there aren’t many food options in the area. Guests are asked for a deposit but can't asked for a spare access card. You can enjoy a beautiful view from the rooftop on level 8.
What upset me was the female staff member I spoke to when I asked about the possibility of a late checkout. She refused in a rude manner. I believe she could have communicated it more politely.
