The location is perfect, with a lot of culinary nearby. Limited parking area. The room is clean, smell smoke, but they come and spray the air freshener. The pool is great.

Very cool, the rooms are very comfortable, the people are also very friendly, the food is pretty good, if I have free time for vacation I will definitely come back here again 💖😉

The location is only a few light walks away from Tunjungan Plaza, which is nice. The room itself is nice and a proper rest is possible here. I applaud the shower too which has functioning partition door to separate it from the toilet. For this price, its really good!

I booked a junior room for a night. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, close to some attractive places like Batu Night Spectacular. The room isn't that big, but it has 2 queen beds which are good for a family consists of 3-4 people. The room is comfortable, but the light is rather dark. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool for kids. It also has a restaurant with various kinds of food. The staff are also nice. I may stay here again next time when I go to Batu.

Recommended place to stay in Malang. Great location, comfortable bed, beautiful view from our bedroom, and affordable 24 h room service (but the taste could be better, the satay in the fried rice really need modification🤦🏻‍♀️).

I had a good time staying in this hotel, I stayed for 7 days. The room is clean, not that big but I like it and it is enough for me who had a solo trip and more to staycation. Their services also good, the best! Friendly, helpful. Every day they'll change the towel added the water to drink (which so helpful for me because I drink water quite often), and clean the room as well. I'd love to stay here again next time when I visit Surabaya. Too bad I haven't tried their food, they have a restaurant too by the way.

Cleanroom, good health protocol, clean swimming pool, a wide range of breakfast variety and delicious too but I think my favorite beef sausage was no longer served. That's OK though. Top-notch food. The car park is located in a building behind the hotel, quite far but you can ask for a free valet. Attentive staff like Andika, imam the security guy, well so many I can't write it down here. You guys are awesome! This hotel is highly recommended for sure!

The room was good enough, it just a little bit noisy when you get the top floor. However, the breakfast serves very well, tasty with many variant menu that you can choose.

the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... I really enjoyed and had good time in this hotel.. thank you very much.. will come back another time maybe..

The second time I stayed at Batiqa. The first one is for business and this time for exploring Surabaya. Overall so great! The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Went to this hotel for transit before we go to Bali. Our room was upgraded for free, and the room was clean and pretty big. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good & assorted cake was delicious! Definetely would stay here again.

I am so flattered by this hotel's excellent service during my trip earlier visiting Malang with my 6 years old daughter for holidays. Our train was arrived at 10.00 am after super tiring 16 hours trip from Jakarta to Malang. Yet the hotel staff was so keen that they trying their best to accommodate our request for early check simply as we were so tired by the previous train trip. Thank you once again for your kindness, on behalf our family, we highly appreciated. The hotel room also great and pretty much spacious. Everything works well, and its near also with Alfamidi and Alfamart and bca atm. In front of this hotel, there's also 24hr drugstore. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to all my families, friends and colleagues when they visiting Malang in the future. Truly best experience.

He knows everywhere in Banyuwangi and propose to go together. On my check-in, handle by Aisyah. She is also nice and friendly staff in reception. On my first stay, on my check-in handled by Sheema. I actually stay quite long here at this hotel, starting on the 29th of Dec till the 3rd of Jan, to spend my new year. The hotel truly lives up to its name "Spencer Green". I like the green and lush exteriors, with many trees, plants, and flowers. The service is also incredible. The staffs are nice and helpful. But I really must highlight the food. All of them are delicious!! Because I stay on New Year's Eve, I got breakfast + afternoon tea + New Year Dinner. All of them exceed expectation. The variety of the menu, and especially the taste. I really should applaud the Restaurant staffs and the Chef. Great job! My only concern is this hotel's location. It is quite far from the city center. But this also means it is faraway from the hustle and bustle of the traffic. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Spencer Green!

The Hotel was Nice, spacious, clean, the staff also very nice and helpful. The only one that should be add in the room is Air Conditioner because Batu-Malang is not so cold anymore. 😊.

Perhaps the best place to stay in Jajag. Rooms were spacious and clean with AC and en-suite bathroom. The hotel has a large pool and a very good restaurant serving very good quality Indonesian and Chinese food. The lumpia is recommended. A buffet breakfast was served by the pool.

From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

So lovely! I don't expect that I will be staying at a very beautiful room. Basically, this accommodation managed by UMM and it is as the same as Sengkaling management. Once you booked the room, you'll get the entrance of Sengkaling waterpark for free!!!! Yes, you heard it right. You'll get all facilities of Sengkaling. All the staffs are so helpful and reachable. They're all so fast response during your request. Actually, there're also dorm for those who wants to solo travelling. All the facilities are so clean and nice for photoshoot. The scenery of the restaurant is incredible. You'll get mountain view and the old school beautiful Sengkaling waterpark that reminds you of your childhood. Thank you for the good memories. Surely will recommend this place to stay. The most important one, the room is so unique with upper and lower twin bed. Lovely❤

I tried many hotels & villas in Batu. This is my 4th times in Apple Green Hotel Batu. I really like the Family Room they offer. The room is so big, the bed is also big, big enough for our family. Reasonable price too. Will be back again for sure.
