Very comfortable and convenient to stay in Panda, various outdoor activities for kids, the kiddos enjoyed it a lot and cried in the last day of staying because my little one did not want to go home😀

This accommodation is perfect for honeymoon or family getaway. You can enjoy a wonderful view of nature. There's 2 swimming pool (adult + kids pool with warm water, so lovely!), some entertainment facilities (gym, play park for kids, mini golf, tennis meja and etc). I just stayed one night with my family. The bedroom are clean and comfy. I requested the baby crib (to be honest, I'm not expected too much but they fulfill it, really appreciate). Special thanks to Mr. Oki front office to gave us beautiful room with balcony. Also thanks to housekeeping team (forget his name, so sorry) who bring the baby crib. All staff really really friendly. Their service is truly amazing. Definitely will be back soon.

the room is spacious and clean, there are 4 pillows on the bed, hot water works very well, the swimming pool is small but enough. there are also playground and some restaurant around. I got early check in smoothly.

Thank you for the hospitality, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. Good old hotel... Comforting atmosphere, warm staffs, good location, affordable price. Like the coffee shop near lobby.

The facilities are nice, foods are delicious, many great spots to take some photos, staffs are nice and helpful. Will stay there again on my next visitation.

I was stayed 3 nights with family and booked 2 deluxe room. The staff were very helpful and always greeting even though there were lot of weddings on goong. The room is spacious and kids can enjoy circuit-view with some racing cars. We also happy to know that hotel also has kids activities beside swimming pool (archery, paint ball). We are glad to know that hotel made breakfast schedule (available 3 optional hours). The only thing that also need to be made as breakfast is the swimming pool. It should be divided for each 2 hours with max 2 pax per room, so it will not too hectic in pool and surrounding. Best success for the hotel and staff. Stay healthy.

It has a magnificent green and mountain view which is much needed for a city getaway. Weather was just right, sunny but not that hot. Wide park area with many options for activities. The room is pretty standard but the view from balcony is awesome. The pool is very big and nice but you can see a bit of greenish algae. Breakfast was good with many varieties. The hotel was great. The front office was very helpful. Breakfast was good, more varieties for the weekend than weekdays.

We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

Overall was a good stay. From arrival, the concierge is helpful, parking spaces are adequate, and the check was smooth. We booked 2 rooms and asked for connecting doors and we have them as requested. Welcome drink provided in nearby pool cafe. The room is clean, amenities are good considering this is a family budget hotel. The balcony was spacious. Our room view is a nearby the construction site, Andalusia Mosque and toll road. Not very great unless you get the mountain view rooms. Breakfast is also served properly, the variety is good and enough, no complaints on taste/service. All good. The only issue we had during our stay is since this is Ramadan the nearby Andalusia Mosque's massive loudspeaker will ensure you are waking up at 2 AM for sahoor and staying awake for another hour or so during morning prayers. Other than that, the stay is perfect. A quick getaway from Jakarta and nearby Pasar Ah Poong within walking distance. The hotel even provided a sky bridge direct to Pasar Ah Poong but it was closed during our stay. Thanks, Alana Sentul. It was a good stay even better than Aston Sentul's few km drive uphill.

Great location! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty but need to improve the variety. Staff was really helpful too. Definitely will come back later!
