Room at Gading Nias Apartment

I stayed here for 3 weeks. Actually, the room is quite nice, however, there were certain things I wasn't happy about. First, the toilet, very dirty, especially under the toilet bowl (it seems they have never cleaned it for a long time and it has turned black with molds). Every time I shower, the water won't drain down until it went out outside the room. I had told the staffs to fix it, but they do nothing about it. Secondly, there is a project going on behind the building, and it caused noises for almost 24hrs. From inside the apartment, it was often heard noises where children running around, crying and screaming even at night. other than that, the fire alarms were often rang especially in the early morning!! Thirdly, there is no mirror, so you need to get one for yourself. I made a request for this, but they don't even bother to answer me. However, around the apartment is very convenience where you can easily find food stalls, indomarts, alfamarts, and etc. Also very near to Gading Mall (about 8mins). This place is suitable for those who want to stay 1-2 days but not for long term.

The electricity went out for 15 minutes. AC is not cold due to lack of maintenance. For room boy service is quite good and friendly.

Quite disappointing staff service. This is the first time I am really disappointed to rent an apartment. From the beginning of the check-in message was that I wanted to check out at half past 6 in the morning, contacted the cell phone instead off on whatsapp also ticked 1. Contacted again in the morning also no contact responded, only at 7.19 (the condition was at the station) the chat using the message I don't feel well. If you don't feel well, you can transfer it to other staff. Then the key asked to be queued, the one who owns the rempong is rented. Paying money also uses a deposit that rents an apartment (sorry, bro, you're unprofessional and irresponsible), that's ridiculous! I don't want to rent here anymore. Moreover, the bathroom first entered it still smelled of pee. Please !! Even though the rent is cheap but the service should not be cheap either !!!! Not recommended for those who check out early !!

The air conditioner was not cold and the electricity went out. I had already contacted the apartment but was told to take care of my own report to the security on the ground floor, all day I stayed without electricity and getting hot because the power went out and could not charge until my cellphone lowbat.
