Check in was very smooth, coincidentally just checked in around 4 am because I went to Jogja by train and the staff were all alert, friendly and without delay we were able to check in to our room. Breakfast also has many variations and the most delicious is the gudeg. I don't know why I usually don't like gudeg, but the gudeg at this restaurant is a must try. All the staff are friendly and greet us when we pass by. This is a kids-friendly hotel too because there are many activities for children, there is also a kids corner for breakfast. We will come back for sure, and bring the kiddos here too!

As far as I know, this hotel has been around for a long time.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable.
The hotel staff here are friendly and always helpful.
The breakfast menu has a lot of choices, and everything is delicious. The hotel is very suitable for family vacations, with very interesting hotel facilities for children. Easy access because it is on the side of the Adi Sucipto highway. Hopefully, I can come here again next time, when there is a promotion hehe

“During the first and second days of my stay, I found that some of the staff were not very helpful, and the buffet took quite some time to be refilled when the restaurant was at full capacity. However, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Chyntia (one of the restaurant servers) for her outstanding service on the third day. She promptly approached me with a warm greeting, kindly offered coffee, and assisted me in finding a seat. This level of attentiveness truly made my morning — thank you, Chyntia, for your professionalism and hospitality.
I also experienced an issue with the card reader on my room door, but once I reported it, the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved it efficiently. I truly appreciate their quick and professional assistance. Overall, despite a few minor issues at the beginning, the service improvement and responsiveness from the staff made my stay pleasant and satisfying.”

We love this hotel so much! The staff are kind and helpfull. The room and hotel are so clean. The ambiance is great. We will be come here again and again :-) Matur nuwon for the great stay Ambarrukmo Family!

I have not been in Jogja except staying here, But it's time for me to give advice:
1. The bed sheet feels rough, not soft
2. I always get the edge of the towel torn
