I never expected that this hotel is so comfortable, cozy, luxury, and most of all, great services by the staff starting from the gate to room. Room is so spacious, foods (breakfast/room service) variety are excellent. Will definitely be my first choice to stay again when visiting Yogyakarta in the future.

Service was excellent, but few things to notice in the room. 1. Safe deposit box not working. 2. Flash light not working. 3. Exhaust in the bathroom also not working. 4. Door doesn't closed properly, when it meant closed and lock it self. Variant breakfast was huge, but nothing worst than having your egg and sausage cold for breakfast. They should make it ala minute for eggs and hot chafing dish for the sausages. Hopefully more better in the future.

The breakfast menu is limited and the taste not special, just so so. There 's no mtv or music program on TV channel. The boutique just give a limited option to sale. The pool was very crowd.

Overall, service, location, and food are great. Kind of old hotel but they still manage it clean and tidy. One thing to improve is the "food service management" in the restaurant during peak season. When we stay there, it was still during lebaran holiday, and we notice a bit mess (no glass available, we have to wait for more than 10 minutes without anyone explain of what's going on) in the beverage counter. The manager is not really fast response on what happened.
