Great services, Many menu choices, egg station without queuing. Very memorable, stayed overnight and accidentally left my phone behind because my child was playing with it. The next day, I contacted the hotel and they quickly helped check it and even helped send it to the expedition. Thank you for the perfect service from the receptionist, HK, and Ramada management. Close to a minimarket, lots of snacks, no need to worry about finding food. The pool is big, the kids love it, and the room is quite nice. Because the hotel is on the top floor, the 29th floor. So going up and down the elevator feels dizzy.

The hotel staff was friendly. Upon check-in, I was upgraded to a junior suite at no additional cost. The room was very spacious. When the AC wasn't cooling, the technician was quick to fix it. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The only downside was that it was attached to an apartment. The location wasn't far from the airport. The bathroom was clean. I had a very memorable stay at the Ramada. Thank you.

Overall, it's comfortable, clean, and the food is delicious.
A small caveat is that the water pressure is poor.
There's no soap in the shower room near the pool. So, if you're going to swim, be sure to bring your own soap/shampoo.
Perhaps an air freshener in the corridor would be better.

The service from the staff was no issue. The only issue was the ambiance of the room and the creepy walk to it. The bathroom was also too narrow, with the distance between the toilet and shower area narrow. The breakfast menu was also mediocre, not particularly tasty, and not very varied.

The Queen Deluxe room is unique with a capsule coffee machine, but unfortunately, there's no wardrobe, so clothes are hung in the open air. The bathroom is quite cramped, making it a bit difficult to move around. The air conditioning takes a long time (3–4 hours) to fully cool down. The pool is nice, but the chairs around it are a bit uncomfortable. The food is excellent.

I was immediately unimpressed with a bathroom like that... It didn't separate the shower floor, which was bound to be very wet, from the dry floor for standing... Why provide that much space in the bedroom if the bathroom was so stingy with space and was all wet like that? Well, I don't know if other people's tastes are normal, but for me, it was disappointing and not really.

I stayed here for a pre-dawn run at ICE BSD. It was a great choice due to its proximity and affordable price. It's clean, and there's also an Indomaret store right below the hotel.

The WiFi speed is actually great but it is not stable and keep disconnecting. Since the cellphone signal is very poor inside the building, WiFi is the only way to connect to internet. Unfortunately it keep disconnecting both in my laptop and phone. This make my online meeting uncomfortable.

The hot water only available for around 5 minutes during my time taking a bath both at evening and morning. After that the hot water is not working anymore.

Close to a minimarket, lots of snacks, no need to worry about finding food. The pool is big, the kids love it, and the room is quite nice. Because the hotel is on the top floor, the 29th floor. So going up and down the elevator feels dizzy.

The hotel staff was friendly. Upon check-in, I was upgraded to a junior suite at no additional cost. The room was very spacious. When the AC wasn't cooling, the technician was quick to fix it. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The only downside was that it was attached to an apartment. The location wasn't far from the airport. The bathroom was clean. I had a very memorable stay at the Ramada. Thank you.

Overall, it's comfortable, clean, and the food is delicious.
A small caveat is that the water pressure is poor.
There's no soap in the shower room near the pool. So, if you're going to swim, be sure to bring your own soap/shampoo.
Perhaps an air freshener in the corridor would be better.

The service from the staff was no issue. The only issue was the ambiance of the room and the creepy walk to it. The bathroom was also too narrow, with the distance between the toilet and shower area narrow. The breakfast menu was also mediocre, not particularly tasty, and not very varied.

A pleasant hotel, the lobby smells good, there is a welcome drink, all the hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful (except the parking exit guard, hehe sorry), the swimming pool is spacious, clean.

The Queen Deluxe room is unique with a capsule coffee machine, but unfortunately, there's no wardrobe, so clothes are hung in the open air. The bathroom is quite cramped, making it a bit difficult to move around. The air conditioning takes a long time (3–4 hours) to fully cool down. The pool is nice, but the chairs around it are a bit uncomfortable. The food is excellent.

I was immediately unimpressed with a bathroom like that... It didn't separate the shower floor, which was bound to be very wet, from the dry floor for standing... Why provide that much space in the bedroom if the bathroom was so stingy with space and was all wet like that? Well, I don't know if other people's tastes are normal, but for me, it was disappointing and not really.

I stayed here for a pre-dawn run at ICE BSD. It was a great choice due to its proximity and affordable price. It's clean, and there's also an Indomaret store right below the hotel.

It's pretty good, there's a pool too. Parking was a bit confusing, but the staff are very helpful! Keep improving!

The WiFi speed is actually great but it is not stable and keep disconnecting. Since the cellphone signal is very poor inside the building, WiFi is the only way to connect to internet. Unfortunately it keep disconnecting both in my laptop and phone. This make my online meeting uncomfortable.
There were electricity power off several times
The hot water only available for around 5 minutes during my time taking a bath both at evening and morning. After that the hot water is not working anymore.

Thanks to the beautiful lady whose name I forgot, she was helpful..but the room's AC wasn't cold..breakfast was quite varied, but the taste needs to be improved, everything else is okay.
