Dear Mr./Mrs. General Manager, you've got a great great team! Once we arrived in lobby, bellboy greet and handle our belongings and deliver to our room. Express check in as well as check ou with beautiful smile from your receptions. Great room with balcony. One waiter greet us in the restaurant entrance breakfast time, and offer us coffe or tea right away. What a wow, Superb service!

Should be best hotel to stay but unfortunately the bathroom a bit smelly. Overall I will stay at sala view for more.

The room is small for 4 stars hotel, especially when you have 4 person one room, but the ac and water heater is working properly.

The room was clean, the food were delicious, the service was good. The staff were fast respond when I needed a help. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not clean enough.

Holiday
It’s clean and comfy. Friendly staff. Free flow welcome drinks. The location is the best, near from malls and train stations. Quick check in and check out. The check in though, you need to prepare for IDR 100,000 in cash. Being a cashless person, it is quite inconvenient for me as I have to leave my ID card in the reception, the hotel does not accept any card payment/e-wallet for the deposit.
