Friendly front officer, fun atmosphere for children with electric scooter facilities. Note: cleaning staff for parking areas and public toilets need to be added because many beach visitors are not good at throwing away rubbish even though sufficient rubbish bins are provided.

Suasananya menyernangkan, toilet umum, musholla dan kamarnya bersih. Perlu perbaikan mainan anak anaknya sebab beberapa sudah rusak. Semuanya 9/10 mantap dan tingkatkan lagi.

Enjoy staying here, the rooms are spacious, the restaurant food is also delicious, you can get a free scooter too. Breakfast is delicious but lacks variety, there are few choices. Stayed on a weekday, but the rooms were still full, so you don't have to worry about leaving alone on the beach.

Kamar sesuai foto, bersih dan wangi. AC sangat dingin. Smart TV, Netflix, YouTube lancar. Air panas lancar. Parkir mobil aman walau jauh untuk kamar sea view, kalo mountain view depan kamar. Ada buggy car untuk antar barang bawaan. Fasilitas gratis electric scooter bagi tamu hotel bisa dipinjam sampe check out atau jika batre habis berlaku tarif sewa tapi pengalaman kemaren sampe check out batrenya sisa 2 bar. Sarapan prasmanan rasanya enak dan menu cukup variatif ada roti, mie, sayuran, ayam, sop. Mie tektek, capjay, udang asam manis enak tapi agak lama masaknya. Pelayanan hotel, resto serta petugas keamanan dan pool ramah tapi bisa ditingkatkan lagi SOP saat check in bahwa tamu harus diinfo free fasilitasnya apa, bantuan barang ke kamar. Area sekitar hotel bersih tapi area pantai banyak sampah perlu perhatian khusus. Perlu training SOP hotel tentang tanggap kebutuhan tamu contohnya scooter belum diantar sampe sore ke cottage padahal anak sudah pengen pake, akhirnya diambil sendiri. Pool dan waterpark bersih. Toilet area hotel bersih. Di parkiran mobil perlu dikasih tempat sampah besar. Area cottage jadi satu dengan area pengunjung pantai tidak ada batas pagar jadinya banyak hal lucu ketika masuk cottage tapi lagi ada beberapa orang berfoto di depannya, hingga saya persilahkan foto bergaya dengan scooter juga. Berbagi kebahagian dengan orang lain sangat menyenangkan.

Kru housekeeping kurang, sampah juga masih menumpuk di depan, belum di bersihkan, baru di pindah ke depan parkir sekitar jam 5, itu pun gak langsung diangkut. Jadinya kena hujan dan bau. Toiletries cuma 1, sikat gigi saja, gak ada yang lain, sabun mandi dan shampoo belum di refill, dan yang mengecewakan sekali, sarapan nasi goreng jam 9, no option, tidak ada buffet, karena alasan hujan badai di malam hari nya. Cottage ini belum siap menerima ledakan pengunjung hotel. Dan bercampur antara wisatawan dan tamu hotel. Minta extra bed, tidak bisa, karena tamu harus pesan dulu jauh hari. Ada bednya cuma gak ada sprei bersih. Alasannya masih di laundry. Worth it kah harga 1.4 juta, dihari menjelang low season? Semoga ada perbaikan. Hospitality, dan pelayanan, apalagi kru housekeeping dan kebersihan sangat kurang.

Very disappointed with the service. The service standard is very bad. Extra bed no pillow. Excuses run out. Even though it was ordered long ago. Waiting for 1 hour for the service to help carry the goods doesn't show up. Finally, bring your own things to the room. Kapok stay here. Employees are not friendly at all.

Bagus suasananya di depan pantai, hendaknya di tingkatkan kebersihannya & perlu keset handuk. Paku di lantai kayu perlu di benahi agar tidak melukai kaki. Selebihnya oke.
