Well even though the receptionists are kind, but the respond on every guests complaints are bad. you must ask them twice until three times until your requests are granted...such as asking for towels, fixing the clogged sewer, cleaning the room, throwing the garbage out, etc. the breakfast just tasteless, we went outside on the next day for breakfast. the room has not enough space for praying. the AC is just not cool enough, with the big windows you'll feel baked out all day. and one that made my wife annoyed so much, the TV placement is blocking your way to the bathroom.
