It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her โpondokโ โฆ and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

Overall this hotel is okay. Clean and strategic location. Friendly hotel staff. But there are some things need to be improved, like furniture too old and some parts need to be repaired. Sink and mirror are too short, that's not okay. Fitness tools are too old and broken, lots of tools need to be repaired. Swimming pool too crowded, no social distancing.

The room is clean and comfortable. When I stayed with my 11 month old child, the shower in the bathroom didn't have a long hose, so it was difficult to bathe the child.

The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. Unfortunately, check-in was after the graduation ceremony, so the lobby was a bit crowded. I got a room that met my expectations.
The hotel food was also delicious, but I found the smoked beef a bit salty.

At this hotel, a non-smoking room is defined as a smoking room that has been cleaned. So be careful, especially if you're bringing children. You certainly don't want to breathe in the lingering scent of cigarette smoke throughout your sleep. Even if you specifically request a non-smoking room, the hotel may still provide you with a smoking room, as long as it's "clean."
If the hotel management is reading this, make sure you've replaced the window shades, air conditioning filters, and even the paint on the walls if you want to market a smoking room as non-smoking. Do you expect all guests to open the windows when they smoke in the room? Or do you think that opening the windows will sufficiently draw all the smoke out of the room?
In the photo, you can see the burn marks of a cigarette on the sofa in the "said" non-smoking room.

The bathroom is used for normal bathing, why is the water stagnant? It even got a little out of the bathroom. And the receptionist didn't tell me or ask me if I brought a vehicle, so parking at the hotel would have to be paid, not free. It's simple, but why didn't they tell me?

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I was shocked when I got into the room. The damp smell from the bathroom was powerful. Moreover, when I took a shower, OMG, the water was getting all over the floor, and at some point, it got into my room. I called the receptionist, panicking, and they seemed very cool about it. Apparently, according to the janitor, it had always happened that way. The next morning, I woke up and went to the bathroom, and the smell was unbearable. I called again to clean and give me a room refresher. They did, but it only lasted for about 20 minutes! I will never return to this hotel again!

stayed 3 nights in deluxe room. the room was spacious, cleanliness is good. the access to mall is a plus so we can easily get alternative for lunch and dinner. need to add menu in breakfast to be more variative (e.g: fresh juice, cake, and bread)
