It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her ‘pondok’ … and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

The location was perfect. The hotel was old, air con was too noisy during our stay, hairdyer was not working properly. But overall it was worth the price.

Superior room for my husband and I: it was clean and spacious enough, both water heater and AC worked well. We could go to the mal directly from the hotel lobby so it was convenient. There was laundry (charged per kg) near the hotel and they can pick up and deliver the clothes to the lobby. Free 2 bottles of 600ml drinking water per day. We had breakfast at the hotel for only one day, the food was “just so so” for us.
