the location is good, the staff is nice and polite. but the room is dusty, the tv channel isn't clear, and the water heater does not work. the place needs a thorough cleaning and fixing, especially when a new guest is coming. I got a room in 18th floor.

So many ants in the room, not only on the floor but also on the bed. I got bitten so much until I decided to check out early and found another hotel to stay that night. Bad experience.
