Stay at Swiss-Belhotel @airport Jakarta is the best choice. It 's close to the airport, shutlle bus provided and convenient. The room was excellent and spacious, the food was great. I and my spouse were super enjoyed to stay here. Obviously will stay here again if we need to stay around Soekarno Hatta Airport.

No towel, after ask 2 towel only come 1 one towel, contact all staff very long to pick the phone up and not polite and the mattress bed is to soft.

Hotel is great, very recommendedafter long flight before continue to hometown. Hotel is kids friendly. Breakfast is amazing, even 30 minutes before closing they still refill the foods.

Not gonna lie room was prefectly good but the food are so bad 😬 not tasty to salt. I tried to order couple times from the menu but still too salt even more bad than the first menue I ordered.

Everything is amazing! The service is absolutely great! The waiter during the breakfast Yuda is also helpful and pro active. They are proof of hospitality in indonesia is significantl improved! Only 1 thing that can be improved, you should give 2 keys for 1 room isntead of 1.
