(+): Best location for hotel in Bogor City. Nice surroundings, near lots of restaurants and coffee shops.(-): 1. Super slow check in process. I could only check in at 3PM. Better check in Management is seriously required here. 2. When I finally entered my room, it looked like they only finished cleaning it a minute before. The bath mat seriously needed replacement. It's a 4 star hotel with no cheap price that you could only provides that kind of mat. 3. The wooden floor was seriously slippery! I almost slipped few times. The bathroom floor wasn't clean. Please review the cleaning management process. 4. The restaurant on the 7th floor is nice with great view and the food was okay with lots of varieties but I did not spend much time due to it was really crowded and kids were running and yelling around. You probably need to consider how to handle that kind of situation which makes your guests feel uncomfortable during their meal. Overall, if I have to stay at this hotel again it's merely due to its location.

It ' s well located in the busy Padjajaran area where you can find factory outlets and good coffee shops. Clean hotel, comfortable bedding, good breakfast, and attentive staff.

The place is strategically place in the middle of the city, very close to almost everything. Here's the catch, the parking space is a bit snug. The hotel is often used for seminar and corporate usage so it's most definitely packed. And I think the place is poorly maintained (for example, the furniture is already chipping away, there is always a stain in the bed sheets). But the service is alright. So, overall the place is not something you wrote home about.
