The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was having allergic reactions and needed to buy medicine. The staff was willingly delivering the medicine from the lobby to my room (which was hard to request in some hotels). The area of the hotel smelled really good as well and super clean!! Super an enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location is quite close to the city center. It's very close to the station, so you can view the station and hear the trains passing by. Right next door is a food stall open from morning until night.
The entire hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. Toiletries are complete. However, the room isn't soundproof; we could hear conversations in the neighboring rooms.
The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious! I was very satisfied with the breakfast.
The hotel fulfilled my request for a compliment. It's top notch!
The only thing that needs more attention is the cleanliness of the swimming pool, as the water was a bit dirty.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy, and fragrant. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The facilities were complete, from the swimming pool to the varied and delicious breakfast buffet. The strategic location, close to the city center, made it easy to get around. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return.

For the room is comfortable, the facilities are also okay, the service from the Housekeeping is friendly and fast, very helpful to me, the receptionist is also friendly, but not with the service of the restaurant staff, at that time I had time to call the restaurant to borrow plates and cutlery, from the restaurant staff said to tell me to wait and will be delivered soon but I waited almost 48 minutes it was not delivered to the room and I called the restaurant again, they still said the same "will be delivered soon", and in the end it was not delivered at all ... please pay attention to the service of the restaurant team, considering this is a 4-star hotel

The hotel staff is friendly and solution-oriented, when the room was full we got a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful city view, thank you Swiss-Bellinn Saripetojo, comfortable staycation here. There is a playground and swimming pool for children too, there is also a gym. Complete facilities.
