Service great. Staffs friendly and helpful. Got upgraded to bigger rooms and they're awesome. Water lil bit smelly at the first time but its getting normal in a minute. Would love to stay here again when we back to this city.

The room's cleanliness is ok but pretty small and has no wardrobe. The TV only has one channel. Restaurant and cafe are closed. They only have 3 options for breakfast, so if you wanna stay here, book without breakfast.

I checked in Monday, visitors were quiet, some parts of the hotel were very hot because the air conditioner was not turned on such as the elevator, receptionist room, room corridor, and areas in the hotel this condition made guests uncomfortable and hot even sweating, the room I got the air conditioner was not cold and finally got another room replacement. Many hotel soups in general do not go well, such as room cleaning, which must be ordered at the receptionist even though we have given a light signal so that the room is cleaned, towels and bed linen are still stained, bathroom equipment is not filled every day, and so on. It feels like the service of this hotel is very bad and maybe worse than a 1 star hotel.

Alimar Premier Hotel salah satu hotel dekat kampus Unair ketika kami menengok anak kami yang berkuliah di sana. Lokasinya dekat Galaxy Mall bisa berjalan kaki. Pelayanan hotel bagus, proses check in dan check out cepat, amenitis lengkap, kamar bersih, AC dingin, ada pemanas air, air hangat lancar, kamar dibersihkan setiap hari. Deluxe twin pilih kamar pojok saya dapat kamar 501, ruangan lebih besar dan AC dingin. Kolam renang airnya butek atau tidak jernih tapi bersih gak ada kotoran. Staff ramah dan baik. Makanan diantar di kamar lumayan enak.

Menginap 2 hari untuk keperluan wisuda di Unair, deluxe room di upgrade ke executive room yang bisa berdekatan dengan family room. Sejauh ini overall bagus, service dari security, front office, office boy juga OK, kamar juga cukup bersih. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan Kampus c unair dan Galaxy Mall. Hal yang masih bisa diperbaiki adalah AC di family room 516 tidak bisa dingin, dan opsi dari menu breakfast yang ditambah.

Saya menginap di hotel ini mungkin karena tidak tahu keadaan setempat karena malam sabtu jadi pada jam 01:00 mulai di depan jalan itu motor- motor sedang trek²an jadi tidak bisa tidur sampai jam 03:30 karena berisik sekali motor-motor itu. Tidak ada restauran jadi sarapan nya hanya di kasih nasi goreng kotak dari hotel ini

Sebenarnya untuk fasilitas standard sama seperti hotel bintang 3 pada umumnya. Cuma minus di pelayan saja, staff receptionist nya kurang ramah. Saat sedang mau check in hujan deras sekali, lalu harus membayar deposit 200 ribu. Smentara saya bawa kurang, benar-benar ditolak, saya bilang nunggu hujan reda, ijinkan kami masuk dulu karena pembyaran lewat aplikasi kan juga udah lunas. Akhirnya saya minta gesek saja pake debit, ternyata pake debit baliknya 7 hari kerja. Maksud saya kan, harusnya bisa fleksibel, liat keadaan di luar juga hujan deras. Saya kasihan ngajak 2 anak. Akhirnya hujan-hujan saya nyari ATM 😢. Sama air di kamar mandi agak menggenang sehingga cacing kecil-kecil bermunculan
