Bedsheet dirty and smells like someone's perfume, do they even replace it?? The bedsprings are terrible, it feels to your bone and have sound. AC does not work well, feels hot. The bathroom is dirty and has a cockroach besides the shower curtain, molds everywhere, also there are spiderwebs everywhere. The hair dryer does not function well..

The room where you stay is spacious for a similar price category, the room atmosphere, bathtub, TV with various latest channels make the viewing experience even more exciting, if only there was a swimming pool that would be more exciting, and the hot water is not hot enough and the breakfast choices if only they could be more varied it would be more enjoyable.

Been here few times but this one the Air Con is super bad, ruin the whole stay. Morning receptionist speak like robot.
Furniture, flooring, decoration you could tell all luxurious, but already super old.

When checking in, it wasn't explained that the breakfast was a la carte, so I was charged an additional fee for extra breakfast. When I entered the restaurant, there was no buffet.
150,000 Rupiah for just standard fried rice, some Irish fruit, bread, and a salad—it felt too expensive with such a limited menu selection.
Suggestions for the front desk and restaurant cashiers to be more proactive in explaining the price of breakfast rather than just asking and answering questions about it without explaining that it was a la carte.

The room is spacious and clean. The sheets are in good condition. Parking is limited. Breakfast is delicious and varied. The location is close to culinary spots and shops. The use of coupons for breakfast should be eliminated; simply state your room number, like a 4-star hotel.
