What makes me want to be back:- The room interior design, it is so bright, yet simple and classy. Topped with a great view from the window.- Big bed and big bouncy pillow.- Great and very beautiful lobby. Room for improvement:- Hot water temperature is not stable.- Water pressure and debit. It takes me more than two hours to fill the bath tub?- Bad mobile reception and no wifi signal.- The TV is a smart TV but not connected to internet, so it is useless as we couldn't use it for anything other than a digital clock.

What a great room. Clean, neat, comfy, spacious room for family. It would be awesome if you can provide in room breakfast as well.

Basic hotel; Bedsheets and pillow cases are off white, thin and crumpled. Same for towels. No hand towel or soap in bathroom. Tried the breakfast; Limited variety. Saw flies on cut fruits.

Receptionist is not friendly, not responsive, even when we call the receptionist, SHE won't answered it with reason: I am Busy. Wow. Such a great hospitality. I am just asking for my TV remote and it took 2 hours for finally moving to the new room:). You should review your receptionist especially the woman one, when I stay. Thanks.

Internet non existent, bed was hard as rock, ac broken (?) It was hot and humid at night and freezing cold at morning.
