Located just next to Jogja City Mall, this is a convenient hotel to stay in Jogja, You can just walk in to the mall if you want to shop or have lunch. Room is nice, breakfast has many variety of foods. it mostly occupied during the weekend. It really worth stay!

This is an old hotel with issues: the couch in the lobby area was peeling and umcomfortable to sit on, the front desk services was not good-no appropriate greetings and lack of customers handling skill, the breakfast experience was not good-when there are a lot of guess than hotel should anticipate beforehand, not making guess in long queue just for an omelette, the staff that received the phone was unable to give proper direction to the hotel-I was transfer to different people and still no proper direction. The good thing was the room was clean, the bed and pillow was comfortable.

The wifi connection is bad, the bed and doors are not well maintained because there are some scratches. The food and swimming pool are nice, staffs are friendly.

The staff was friendly, but the service was too slow. I booked a suite hoping for a comfortable stay, but the bathtub had no drainage plug, the toilet flush wasn't working well, the AC wasn't working properly so I was sweating during my stay and sleep, the breakfast buffet was bland, and there was a miscommunication about my room service payment (they said the transaction was not successful and I had to pay again, whilst my banking app told me otherwise) so I had to decline paying twice. Please improve, I feel my stay wasn't worth the price I paid at all.
