Always satisfied with this residence. I had a problem with my booking but they provided solutions immediately. All facilities are excellent and well-maintained except their washing machine. It was locked the whole day until I had to restart to wash my clothes again.

It’s super awesome. I booked 1 bedroom and they gave me 2 bedroom residence which is huge! Service was excellent from the Front Office as well as their Guard to the mall. Thank you so much for making my anniversary a perfect one 💙

This hotel is perfect for family, very good hospitality from the staff. I was in two br room and it was clean, nice and have perfect city view. Breakfast superb!

It was a great experience, we enjoyed the facilities provided which is hotel spa, gym and swimming pool. But the apartment service wasn't that clean overall, kitchen need some quality control.

Billion thanks for wonderful experience that I had during my stay at Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, specially for Ms. Audrey, Ibnu, Nadira, Nathasa, Vanessa, kadek, Salome, Santya, Kim and Mami Audrey) and Club Lounge team. Everything was great, even though I'm a residences Guest but Hotel staff gave me excellent service (beyond my expectation) Surely I will be back to this Lovely Hotel.

The service was okay. But the furniture, the fixture, and the amenities not worth the money. The place are too expensive for such place. Please do CAPEX for the sake of the name of Ritz Calrton. The TV in the living room, the channel, Ritz. You can do better than that.
