We stayed for 2 nights, the welcome was soft and gentle, I would like to thank Mr. Taufik from Reception and Mr. Dede from concierge. He was given early check-in because I was pregnant, they were very friendly and very helpful. The entire hotel staff is very nice and welcoming to guests, starting from reception, concierge, room service and house keeping. I can't mention one by one. This is a pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Will come back here again.#Just a few notes; It would be best to explain that the superior room type is outside the building at Traveloka. Because I thought it was in the hotel building and I ordered the wrong one. And the soundproofing of the room is still lacking and the AC is not cold enough for hot days. Thankyou.

Not enough description on app this hotel has different location between tower or bungalow type, and hotel crew on the receptionist lack of hospitality and give the card key not accessible to the room which is far enough to walk from tower to bungalow, I am waiting long enough at bungalow trying to open the door, and in my tired condition I must go back to the receptionist table. I am Indonesian and I feel a different treatment with expatriate.
