the breakfast was not warm let alone hot, it was already cool even though we went down at 7 am, the room carpet seemed not to be cleaned/vacuumed every day. The AC in the lobby & dining area seemed to be on efficiency, aka hot, it didn't feel like we were in a hotel lobby. the hotel staff were friendly & very helpful..

When I checked in, the air conditioner in the room was not cold. After complaining to the receptionist, finally the technician came to fix it. For the television, the channel choices were quite a lot but blurry. The variety of food at breakfast is okay. Hopefully, in the future, there will be a check schedule on the room facilities. - The check-in process was long, the receptionist said it was just final check but I waited for more than half an hour.
- The room smelled musty, the dressing table couldn't be closed, the TV was not clear and noisy.
- Breakfast was finished at 07.30 and was not refilled, there were insects in the cereal.

the service is really good, the room is always cleaned without being asked so coming home all day from outside is really nice the room is clean again and tidy again๐๐.. the AC is cold, the Wifi is fast. the mattress is not hard, it is also spacious because it is king size, 4 pillows are available super comfortable 3 nights here๐๐ the location is also very strategic near st.lempuyangan, also close to everywhere, the water heater works well, the room is also very spacious, bring 2 suitcases + bags so it's not cramped, basically it's that comfortable to stay here.
as for food I didn't try it, because I didn't order including breakfast only the room
