Sthe staff was nice, but the room itself isn't really good. The bed, wardrobe, nightstand, are too old and need replacement. There was a water leak as well.

Who give 3-stars rating on G-maps> While in app only 2-star rating. I'll have no complain if this hotel is rated as 1-star or melati hotel. But with that such high star rate, all I found is beyond expectation. Darkie and smelly room, amenity (towel) is terrible, torn towel. The plus of this hotel is only the location.

So dirty, especially the bathroom. There were total of 3 roaches during my stay. The toilet gives out smell from the sewer. I don't mind old hotel but this is just absolutely substandard. The room also has very poor sound insulation & they play loud music till late. Don't get why they have such good rating. They need a deep cleaning

It was a great location and cheap, but the bed sheet had stains, the bathroom was slippery with a cockroach, noisy from other guests talking until past midnight.

I have stayed here, I provide input for the shower to be improved and the cleanliness of the bathroom. As for the rest, it ' s OK.

The location is very strategic. Near Gedung Sate and Gasibu. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Staffs are helpful and friendly. If you are on a budget, this is a good place for you. Things that need improvement are. 1. The bathroom (the cleanliness needs to be improved. It would be more convenient if there 's a hand shower instead of only a head shower. Regardless, hot water is available all the time, so that 's neat); And. 2. The bed (their bed is super bouncy. I guess this is preferential since I'm used to and prefer a firm bed).

Room a bit small, they didn't change the sheet after last guest a bit dirty and smelly. Location is best if you plan a trip to Gedung Sate area.
