I never book any apartment before. So I don't expect too much what it will looks like. From the picture it was good and when we check in it was exactly same with the picture. It was so nice and clean with the price that was so affordable. I thought some kind "it's better than booked hotel if it was this nice" hehe. Maybe if we have some occasion again in BSD area I will booked this apartment again.

Ita good, but a bit dissapointed with the room studio, different with the photos. The cleanliness is not good this time, this is my 3rd stay. The linen especially and blanket. But they changes already. Also the charge for upgrade room is a bit too much. The complain handdle is preety good. PleAse make an improvement. Thank you.

The location was perfect, easy to access. The check-in process was smooth (you need to prepare IDR 100k for deposit though). The surrounding is serene and not noisy, perfect for you to wind down after a busy working day. The room was very spacey and the ac was very cold. I like it 👍🏻. The downside: the mobile signal got so bad in higher floor. Although wifi was provided for each room, it's not that reliable. It's enough for mobile data usage, but not really reliable for laptop/working.

Second times to take a rest in here. Waiting for traffic in Jkt with my wife. At floor 36 03. Spray water leaked. Water on dirty condition. That ' s lot of rust in bathroom. Bedroom was OK. But I almost fall down, chair to be seated is broken. It can't hold people. So when we want to eat. Its dangerous. So I put that chair on corner, so other people won't fall down. Its really dangerous. Hot water in bathroom is broke. When I want to take a bath, its felt cold. I already check water heater is on. No problem. Don't know why hot water doesn't come. We really love location. Its really near to jkt toll road. So when traffic was over, we can go home to jkt. Hopefuly you can repair all the problem in 3603 room. Just for your info. In room 3502 that ' s room was nice. Nothing problem. We really love.
