The staff were friendly. The warm shower worked. The bed & room is clean & comfy. However we weren't provided with towels & toiletries. The rooms were too close to each other with no soundproof & the walls are thin. At 4-5 am our neighboring guest had their phone alarm ringing, but they didn't wake up and turn it off. We could hear the alarm loudly & couldn't sleep.

friendly staff and nice room. bit far from the central of lembang. wifi doesnt work :( and bed is not so comfy. but great service and breakfast though
