Good service from the management. The first apartment is not really good and the next day we asked to move and we got the really good apartment, clean. Location is perfect, walking distance to mall and all restaurants. Easy to order grab, and the pool inside apartment is nice. Good price too

Hot water for shower was not working well, not proper bed on the 2nd room, deposit is much more higher than room rate and to get back the deposit we have to wait until the office was opened means at 8 - 8,30 a.m. so we could not travel earlier than that. The TV not working properly. One of the AC was also not working properly, have a very noisy sound. Finally the price was not worthy for that kind of room.

Clean room, hot water and stove worked, bathroom was so clean, new bedsheet and blanket, big aircon and clean fridge. The pool was under maintanance but the staff help us to show the way to other pool and the location is really good, walking distance to the mall. All the security are nice.

Good, but we have to pay for the parking service 3.000 per hour.
the apartment management didn't call me that the car need to be registered before 11:59 AM.

Not as advertised. This is more like an efficiency apartment. We arrived to no towels, bed linens that I hope were fresh (beds were made). I turned on the AC and the power went out. I waited thinking it was building wide, no just out unit. The management was quick to respond through was but thought it was probably because I turned on the water heater (I hadn’t found the switch for the water heater yet). Building maintenance turned us back on. There was only small bit of water left for drinking and it didn’t taste fresh. The pools were nice but half of what was advertised was under maintenance. No tissue in the bathroom, no trash cans, no information to tell you where to take trash or getting to services. The bathroom is in need of real maintenance-curtain rod, sink and mirror all ready to fall off the wall. Ended up going to the mall to buy towels, water, and tissue. Kept food in the fridge because we had to spray for ants when we first arrived. The master room was plenty big but the second twin size room was small. An extra mattress was in the room but there was no way it could be laid down in the room. Balcony was dirty and no space to dry towels or swimsuits. I didn’t take pictures as it was only just an adequate place to sleep two nights. No wifi available.
