The light off for 4 hours. Only on 10pm tell us that we can’t use heater, its 10pm and all of us not yet take a bath and the technician just tell us that the electricity not available to use heater. And we have to take a bath at night without heater. The management can’t contact and we must go to reception to ask the security call the technician and only come after 30 minutes (and it happen 2 times). Security and technician are friendly but we don’t like the management. In the morning we confirm that will checkout at 10pm but no news from the management so we decided we go to pakuwon (because we held event there at 12, we hoping that the management will come to pick the key apartment, but only at 10.44 they send message ask about the key and because we are very busy we only read the message at 11.35 and we ask the management to pick up the key in pakuwon (the building only next to it) and they said they can’t because they can’t go out from office, so we said that only after event we will send the key but what happened next is really disappointed they said we have to send back the key before 1pm and if we send back after that they will charge us 50k/hours. And the I have to run to the apartment to send back the keys (like I told before we have event at 12). Ok key sent and pass to the security at 11.53. And then they said will give back the deposit via transfer (we have to deposit 500K before we check in) but until now they not yet transfer until now. I don’t know when they will send back but for this long I rent an apartment the management will straight give back the deposit when we check out, but this management hold our money until now. Else the apartment not provide towel, no toilet needs, have stove but no kitchen tools, lots ants, the bath room shower broken, no mineral water, and also give dirty bedsheet I won’t recommend this apartment and give minus star for the services. The worse apartment I ever rent.
