The umpteenth time staying here, the friendly service is very helpful and fast response, the check-in and check-out process is fast and easy, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the city view is good, very quiet, the pool view is also good, the best thing.

To be honest, I really hurt, I ordered 420 thousand last night but it didn't meet expectations, the location was really scary, horror, the room was poorly lit, the balcony light was off, the water heater wasn't hot at all, there was no clothes hanger, a dull white towel, there was a stove just a display just. Horror facilities too but here I am 420 thousand in conditions like that 🥲 that's it.

Wow, this apartment is really bad, it's not taken care of. Very different from the photo, don't want to stay here. The location goes into a small road, until the parking lot has an uncomfortable feeling because the atmosphere is like an unkempt building. When checking in, you have to save your KTP, you still have to pay for parking. The hallways leading to the rooms are dark, dirty. When I entered the room, the air was uncomfortable. The condition of the room can be seen by yourself as in the photo, dirty, not clean. The pool is also dirty, there are insects, green water, maybe moss. Because when I checked in it was late, I had to stay 1 night, even though I had booked for 3 days and 2 nights. At night, book another hotel directly. In the morning, just take a shower, check out immediately. It's better to lose 1 night, than to be uncomfortable for 3 days and 2 nights. Really will never book here again, online agents should do a random inspection audit. The bad reviews were closed because there was a good unit maybe, after checking the reviews it turned out that there were indeed those who were deceived that it didn't fit in the photo.

Tempat cukup nyaman untuk tempat menginap. Kebersihan terjaga. Fasilitas kamar cukup memadai. Pendingin ruangan cukup nyaman, hanya saja beberapa fasilitas perlu diperhatikan seperti tayangan tv yang sedikit kurang jelas, water heater kamar mandi yang pada awalnya terasa hangat tapi setelahnya menjadi air biasa, dan juga adanya kompor tapi tidak bisa digunakan. Untuk privasi suara antar kamar sepertinya kurang, terkadang kita bisa mendengarkan suara antar kamar. Harga yang didapatkan lumayan terjangkau pas ada promo di aplikasi. Sejauh ini kalau dapat kamar dengan rate yang terjangkau saya akan menginap kembali di sini.

Kamarnya nyaman sih, namun untuk kitchennette tidak ada peralatan dapur, hanya disediakan pemanas air, untuk yang lain oke, apalagi kamarnya poolside jadi bisa berenang setiap waktu, lokasi apartement agak masuk-masuk.

Awalnya agak bingung untuk lokasi check in, ternyata ada di lobby bagian dalam. Pelayanan okay, staff ramah & membantu. Untuk lift juga bersih. Lingkungan sekitar kamar bersih, namun untuk kebersihan kolam renang masih harus diperhatikan lagi. Kamar sendiri sesuai request, dapat city view yang sesuai, toilet bersih namun pintu toilet tidak bisa ditutup rapat dari luar, perlu diperhatikan lagi. Untuk bed, standard, namun sebaiknya menggunakan bed cover setelah bed sheets daripada hanya selimut yang lumayan tipis. Penerangan dalam kamar & kamar mandi perlu ditingkatkan. Kebersihan kamar juga perlu ditingkatkan. Amenities untuk toilet & guest lumayan okay. Overall worth it dengan harganya.
