Wonderful and cozy hotel with excellent service, friendly and helpful reception staff, in a great location. Food is also amazing and complementary breakfast is the real deal, freshly made plates (no mediocre buffet). Love it, will definitely be back on our next visit to Rome.

Amazing staff. They take care of everything for you. I’ve stayed there 10 times and love it. Great location. For work and for sightseeing. Great places for meetings and to have fun. Breakfast is ridiculously great.

An iconic hotel with a storied and most deserved reputation. Everyone on staff was professional, friendly, and helpful: reception, restaurant and bar (impressive Sazerac cocktail). My wife adored the old caged elevator. Our corner room was well appointed, modern but still charming, and immaculate. Somewhat noisy since it fronted the street, but traffic was very light. Our visit to Rome was made extra special by Hotel Locarno.

This is a lovely, boutique type hotel. The service was excellent and we had a very nice time. The location is very quiet (especially for the area) yet walkable and central.
This is an antique type hotel in terms of its furnishings - just be aware that there is not a lot of storage in the room (small tables, armoire, etc) so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage. This certainly adds to the lovely ambience. The bathroom was very large, however, with excellent amenities, including a hairdryer with a surprising amount of power for a hotel.
The breakfast was outstanding and included in our rate which was a great bonus and very value-added.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel right by the piazza del popolo. The hotel bar/restaurant is fantastic - both food and drinks. The staff were incredible. Looking forward to staying here again the next time I'm in Rome!

The hotel was welcoming on first sight and we were quickly assisted by staff for car parking, staff were all very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful and efficient- the room and hotel interior were beautiful and breakfast was amazing, the best scrambled eggs ever!
We had an amazing couple of hours in the bar, Giulio was such a responsive bar tender, engaging, funny, great conversation and mostly - made some of the best cocktails we have tasted! Alessandro was a great person to have around too - they both made us feel so welcome - despite some questionable football team choices 😂 we will definitely be returning!

Superb hotel, designed in an old style luxury. The things that made this hotel so good for us were the staff and the breakfast. We spent an hour and a half each morning over the most beautiful breakfast. Whilst this was magnificent, the staff were even better. They could not have been more helpful, welcoming and friendly. We absolutely loved this hotel. Our favourite hotel in Rome up until now was the Waldorf Astoria, but whilst smaller, this is better.
